How can you answer that question without knowing the managers or the players that will be at West Ham next season?

billy, for me it all depends on the appointment. if the daves get it right I think we can finish top eight, possibly seventh if we're lucky with injuries and if we keep hold of all our better players. loads of ifs but I want to be positive and hope for the best

There's no way I could predict it. Depends on who is manager and what players come with him, and which ones he moves on. I think top 10 and a Europa run would be acceptable. Top 6 would be a massive success and bottom 6 would be failure

Now we no longer have Allardyce, it seems that the general view from everyone outside of the club is that we are nailed on to be relegated. So I'm going for 20th with the lowest ever PL points total.

I wrote down the numbers one to twenty on individual pieces of paper and put them in a hat. After a quick mix, I pulled out the number nineteen. Does that mean I think we'll get relegated.
Ask again at the end of August and I'll give you a more considered answer.

When picking a likely relegation candidate look at who had a poor run at the end of the previous
Then factor the unkown of a new manager bedding into the league
Oh and the Thursday/Sunday
Will need to be some kind of manager and window for anything but grief
